The FEQX separators are nozzle bowl type units designed for efficient separation of micro-organisms with high cell content, with or without solid impurities in the feed. In addition to featuring peripheral nozzles, the FEQX design allows part of the concentrate to be recirculated through the nozzles, enabling compensation for fluctuations in feed concentration and effective handling of very low feed solid levels.
